It has remarkable visuals and a thrilling storyline. At the beginning of the Oddworld: Soulstorm storyline, Abe is trying to save the Mudokons from unquestionable death. Its graphics, world, and storyline have good improvement to compare previous Oddworld games. It brings you to excellent experiences.

The game developers are saying its storyline is continuing after Abe’s Odyssey. In this game, Abe is continuing his journey to protect his people. And he tries to put the demons to his past to rest. In this case, you can notable the gripping visual quality of the game.

Levels in the game

It has 15 core levels. I think it will be taken 30 hours. I think you can complete levels within one hour. But you can take more time to hunt down every collectible item and Mudokon. But I think it too much takes time to complete one level.
At every level, they introduce new elements. But a lot of that is the same as a machine. Sometimes I feel like an I do the same things too many times in a row. But the levels are making more enjoyable experiences. The levels of the game are more challenging. But you can control how many of the challenges you want to face. It has the easiest route for every level. But you can get more rewarding in long run in the game.

Items in the game

The game has some throwable items, you can find it every level. Its use to defeat enemies and can use in different weaponry. In this game, you can use the new crafting system to customize weapons or build items. You get very funny experiences for using these items in the game.

Mudokon

There are over 1,400 Mudokon and hundreds of collectible items in the game. It has four different endings. You can use Mudokon to unlocking the good and bad endings. The game has secret areas. You can discover each secret area for every level. And the game has sidequests also.

Control of the game

There are no complines for control the game. But Abe has limited moves, Liner pathways, and length of levels. But the gameplay is felt very repetitive.

Graphics

It has high quality and impressive graphics. And it has some beautiful remarkable cutscenes. Each level and the environments are notable. I really enjoyed the environments in the game. Its visuals are future 2D, but it has some limitations.

Bugs in the game

The game has some notable bugs, first one is you fall to death the infinite loops happen in the game. The second one is sometimes boot players into the home screen. The third one is enemy’s locations are not shown correctly.

Oddworld: Soulstorm is a dose, not a bad game. But it has some limitations for players. It story and the game visuals are very immersive and you can get and enjoy the next level 2D platform game.
